Individual Therapy

Individual sessions are available for those seeking a focused, personal approach, and a safe place to explore sexual concerns related to pleasure, sexual expression, and desire.

MFI is also uniquely trained to address sexual concerns throughout the reproductive journey. We are passionate about balancing sexual satisfaction and parenting/reproductive needs.

Couples Therapy

Couples sessions can be the welcoming, nonjudgmental space to work through differences in sexual desire, wants, and expressions both in and out of the bedroom.

Sessions may focus on improving communication, increasing sexual satisfaction, decreasing pain or dysfunction, or reclaiming understanding within the relationship.

Infertility Consults

It is estimated that 1 in 6 couples will experience infertility. When this occurs and treatment includes donated sperm or eggs or the use of a gestational carrier (surrogate), couples are often required to meet with a mental health provider for a consultation or evaluation.

MFI providers are trained and qualified to complete these consultations in a relaxed, low pressure way. We are honored to be a part of your journey.

Sex Positive Workshops

One thing that separates MFI from other providers is that we offer small workshops to increase education, normalization, and community within sex therapy. These are offered throughout the year and allow for an afternoon to learn and connect, while answering questions you may otherwise be hesitant to ask.

Note that these are educational not strictly therapeutic, and are often fun, laid back, and interactive.
